Ingredients
Gordon Castle Walled Garden Gin begins with a base of neutral grain spirit, slowly distilled with a selection of cultivated botanicals. These include juniper berries, coriander seed, angelica root, cassia bark, sweet orange peel, lemon peel, orris, cinnamon, licorice, nutmeg, and, of course, fresh lavender and mint—harvested directly from within The Walled Garden.
